How to Implement
Preparatory Project Final Report

Preparatory Projects are expected to submit a Final Report within 4 months after the end date of the project.

A complete Final Report for preparatory projects consists of two parts:

  • Final Activity Report - report on the implementation and outcomes of the preparatory project
  • Project Claim - formal declaration of project expenditure in order to receive NPP co-financing (ERDF or ERDF equivalent)

All preparatory projects with an end date older than 4 months are expected to submit a Final Report to the Programme Secretariat.

Instructions on how to use the different templates can be found in Part 3 of the Programme Manual.
